MS150 rest stop.
Recruiting is now underway for volunteers for the Ski Club MS 150
rest stop. As a philanthropic club this is one of
many ways we give time to our community. Working a rest stop helps
keep cyclists safe as they ride 150 miles raising money for the
Multiple Sclerosis Association, and it’s also a great deal of fun!
Our group is known by all the cyclists, and we have earned the “Best
Rest Stop” award several years in a row. We’re known as the Cycle S.L.U.T.S. (sexy ladies under t-shirts) and have become masters at
entertaining and pampering the cyclists. The club no longer fields a
cycling team but has several members who do the ride to raise money
for MS. There will be a new route this year overnighting in Pryor.
Anyone willing to volunteer can email
Barb or call her at
369-2917. She will provide more information as it becomes available,
but asks people to mark their calendars. |
